Life story:
Leo was born in Islamabad Pakistan a nice city with mountains and a lot of life his dad Atif was a mafia boss people called him The Killer he was feared by everyone Leo was still a kid when his dad started teaching him how to be cold and never show feelings by the time he was 16 he was already doing work for his dad picking up cocaine drugs and other illegal stuff from the port one day a rival gang showed up and started shooting Leo got hit in the leg and arm he was rushed to the hospital and was in a coma for two weeks when Atif heard about it he lost his mind and told a corrupt cop to drop a global at the port and arrest or kill everyone there when Leo woke up his legs were messed up and he had to learn to walk again it made him angry and he snapped he went around sniping rival gang members killing over twenty of them his dad was proud but Leo was done with this life he wanted out he moved to Los Santos to start fresh and live better.
Career story:
When Leo got to Los Santos he felt like this city was perfect for him he first tried to join a small gang but they didn’t take him so he joined the LSPD instead he wanted to make money fast maybe do a bit of corruption too he passed his training and got promoted to trooper 3 right away he kept going up fast and reached master trooper 3 after that he started selling drugs on the black market things went great at first he made around 150k in a week then some guy in a black suit came up to him asking for a lot of drugs Leo agreed and showed him everything he had the guy suddenly pulled out an FIB vest and mask and tried to cuff him Leo fought and barely escaped he got away and decided to join the FIB himself he passed the training even though it was harder and joined SAU and UC he was really good especially as a sniper and got promoted to DHOD he went on missions and during one at the Los Santos port they got attacked he killed two but there were six more he dropped a global with his PDA and over a hundred cops showed up only one made it out alive Leo kept doing what he did best staying smart and corrupt.
1. Leo can take bribes for anything that needs to be done for example removing the stars from a wanted criminal, smuggling a prisoner from the DOC, reducing the sentence, or increasing the sentence. (( remove prisoner from doc will be done through the dark net )) (( No favors, you are corrupt, only bribes. Only charges from the Penal Code, no random reason ))
2. Leo can arrest the People Who hate them and give them fake charges and break their Bodycam with the Right Commands ( /try Search for /do break it. ) (( Only charges from the Penal Code, no random reason ))

4. Leo Can Remove Previously committed crimes from arrested people ( after doing corrupt job I remove all evidences from PDA )
