In the game, my friend and I were messaging each other (NPC), and we did it not just once but almost 100 times. In the end, I got muted, and when I explained it to the admin, they didn't understand and told me to open a forum. In a moment of anger, I called them stupid and got a 15-day ban. Isn't 15 days a bit too much?

Wasnt a moment of anger, you wrote several times toxic messages in prime chat. Told to stop, you had issue with it and proceeded to give an unnecessary comment.
