Rejected ban bloxked account problem

Hello,
My account was banned for 6 months on 27/12/2024.
I left the game for more than one year.
The ban timer should be finished long ago, but the system still shows 9675 days left, which is a bug.

Please fix the ban timer and remove the block manually.
