Hello,

I hope you’re doing well. I recently received a ban on my account, and I would like to kindly request more information about the reason behind it. I take fair play seriously and I’m not aware of having intentionally violated any rules.


If I unknowingly broke a rule, I sincerely apologize and would appreciate the opportunity to understand what happened so I can avoid any issues in the future. If possible, I would also like to ask whether my account could be reviewed again. And would accept a PC check.
