2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
For someone who has been part of the project since almost 4years now this opportunity to serve as the chief it self has its own importance. I belive what separates lspd from sahp or fib is that they are the first to arrive on scene they act as heart and soul of the city everyday new citizens arrive in the city and they want a leader whom they could look up to who will listen to them, who will be true to them and I feel I can be that individual I have served 3 terms of lspd as the comissionar/high command which has gave me much experience to lead it with my heart and soul.
I want to create and foster an environment of teamwork I want my units to develop and grow together as a team. What I want ID after my term the people say that was one hell of a leader and for that I will commit every ounce of hardwork and dedication there is to it I will create an experienced team of individuals and wil lead them with pride
The citizens are looking for someone who does not shove his back to the crime occurring in city they want someone who fights back and works on till the safety of city is assured which might be a tough task but I believe the people before who did an excellent job in creating great terms then why can't we do the same and continue the legacy?
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Building a solid foundation for the department is the first step in my strategy to enhance RolePlay within the LSPD. I intend to accomplish this by encouraging teamwork, providing regular training, and exercising effective leadership. Whether they are a new recruit or a member of high command, I will make sure that every member knows how to deal with situations in a realistic and professional way, adhering to the correct police protocol in every circumstance.
Another key element is having experienced deputies and command staff who are dependable, capable of guiding others, and who demonstrate the standards they expect. Strong leadership plays a major role in shaping the overall RolePlay quality within the department. Because of that, I would make sure my command team actively supports and coaches the ranks below them through consistent mentorship and hands-on oversight.
In addition, I would focus heavily on maintaining discipline and respect across the department. What truly distinguishes an outstanding LSPD officer from an average one is the attitude they bring into every RolePlay interaction. By upholding strong standards, promoting reasonable behavior, and ensuring consistent engagement from all officers, the LSPD can set the highest example of RolePlay quality for the entire city.
