2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

• From beginning of my RP project I had started playing towards the Legal organization and I am well known with the rules of Leos, learnt a lot of things took part as a high command in many other organizations. Now i am thinking to take the honorable position in the city and will be giving my level best towards the organization.
• If I get the term then I have huge changes to do in the organization and will be implementing them according to my plan and will be changing all the things. I know about NG a lot but not only that the leader also should be very active and need to take part in atleast 8-9 events in a day and need to stand with my members in the organization and will be leading them in a good path.
• I have seen many people willing to join other organizations for activities and I know how important NG is as an organization in the city they need to do all the part inside and should not reveal their next move to the citizens. Need to focus on other organizations to help them by giving them some candies by delivering the trucks. SANG plays the major key role in the city by standing in front of each and every organization .

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

• Following proper RP whenever any RP is going on and will try to improve everything in the organization.
• Will be giving more time to organization and will make sure to do things as soon as possible.
• Will make sure that the gates are being guarded and will be monitoring that by my self in the organization.
• Giving good activities to the higherups and will be arranging meetings to analyze their level .
• Everyone will be getting promoted according to their activities and needs to improve their RP skills if needed.
