2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1- It's been a long time since i have been in the Leos and gained a lot of experience specially as a LSPD High Command i have grinded a lost and have learned a lot by the previous my leaders and now i am here to take a term as a LSPD chief because i think now i am capable to lead my own term and contribute for this state of San Andreas.
2.2- From my child hood i have been admiring the Army and LEO's and i was raised by my parents as to respect all the LEO's who protect over city form the out siders and i also wanted to be part of one and to lead that org so well that my legacy would be remembered through the generations to let be my parents and me myself proud of all the achievements i have claimed by my hard work.
2.3- As mentioned above i have bee part of LEO's from quite a lot of time and have been part of many terms so i have saw some of the PD terms were not that well because of lack of activity and the binger officers including some high commands doing a lot of rule breaks so i want to improve that as a leader and i will hire an good HR team and will only hire my high commands with strict criteria's so that the term can go smoothly without any rule breaks. It will be honour if i will be able to contribute even a little bit for this city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I want to increase activity in my org so that LSPD can be good in both in numbers and quality by providing a good training to my high commands and other officers.
3.2 I will ask SANG for one to one training sessions for my elite solders and S.W.A.T so that they can dominate every situation they enter.
3.3 I want all my officers to also be well trained in law so that they can take stand for there self's in front of a DOJ representative or a civilian so that the quality of the RP could be improved.
3.4 I will try to build good relations with the other orgs so that we could extend over activities and can glow even more shiny.
3.5 I will hold a proper interview for every hiring my officer do and will also take interviews and check activities before giving promotions so that there will be no favoritism and every one will be treated fairly.
