So I asked an admin if it is bug abuse to aim at a railing to change direction of character which would otherwise be difficult without the weapon / aiming and got confirmation that it is bug abuse

ID 403453 is seen doing bug abuse at timestamp 0:29 and again at timestamp 0:31 as explained above
