Hello, yesterday I was banned from ER1.7. Yes, I didn't have a POV because I use Nvidia screen capture, and here I constantly take the last 20 minutes of POV from Alt+F10, but that day I turned on my computer and immediately entered state control, and it wasn't open that day. I realized this after hitting the first player. This is my first ban and penalty from ER1. 7, and I want my penalty reduced. I will continue to use POV, These people were shooting at us from outside the area as a group, so I shot back at them. I apologize for this. I usually take POV in every event, but I forgot to take it this time. Please forgive me and reduce my penalty.
