In this situation the person with 20155 was chased by me because driving in city against traffic rules and speeding etc. My goal is to stop the man and prevent him from doing these things and try to warn him but he's not responding my demands ( police pullovers are demands) and he's not try to escape me or didn't try to escape to the ghetto He just calmly went to his apartment and entered his garage.
