Life Story:
Kevin was born in the city of Los Santos. As an only child with parents who were drug addicts, he was passed around the care system with no one truly looking out for him. From a young age, Kevin learned the importance of working to survive, as he often had to feed and clothe himself. He spent countless nights on the streets, until one day, some police officers approached him, pulling him into an alleyway and accusing him of drug dealing. Though Kevin knew nothing about it, they became aggressive, pinning him against a wall and shoving a package of drugs in his pocket. Terrified and powerless, Kevin was forced to carry out illegal drug deals. Attempts to avoid these officers were futile, given his circumstances.
Over time, Kevin came up with a plan to escape them, but he also began to see the appeal of their power. He decided that becoming a corrupt officer might be his ticket to a better life.
Career Story:
Kevin Cruisee saw becoming a soldier in the National Guard as an opportunity to secure easy money while maintaining control over the streets and territories that had shaped him. Growing up, he’d seen firsthand the damage that crime and corruption could do, both on the outside and within the system. He hated criminals and appreciated the idea of being paid to take them down, but the bitter memories of his own mistreatment by crooked officers never faded. Those experiences left him hardened, determined never to feel powerless again.
When he joined the National Guard, he told himself he was reclaiming control. But power had a way of corrupting. Slowly, Kevin became the very thing he despised. He started taking bribes, selling contraband, and intimidating criminals not just for revenge, but for leverage. It wasn’t about justice anymore; it was about survival and dominance. And for the first time, the nagging fears that had haunted him seemed to melt away. In the uniform, he finally felt untouchable, wielding the authority he’d long craved. But deep down, fragments of doubt lingered questions he wasn’t ready to confront.
