☆ General of San Andreas National Guard Santos ☆
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
i) I am completely ready and excited to take the leadership of the National guards . I’ve put in the work , I’ve been High Command in LSPD, FIB, NG, and GOV, plus a Federal Commander. I know exactly how these legal orgs should work. I’m not trying to say the Generals before me were bad, but I am saying I will be better, and I will prove it with how I act and handle the situations . My first goal is to make our roleplay much better and more realistic. I will also make sure we have great relationships with the admins and other faction leaders, and we will always follow the rules and requirements to stop problems and misconception .
ii) We have to strop expending energy. My thought is to make a clever adjustment to how we are configured, i.e., separating the NG into specialized units:
1. Human Resource (HR): focused on finding new people to recruit, train new soldiers and tracking member activity and status.
2. Military Police (MP): is in charge of enforcing discipline for the three elements of the NG, and will serve as the administrator to
(a) ensure members follow all directives, and
(b) act responsibly, respectfully, and in a professional manner.
3. S.W.A.T. (or Special Weapons and Tactics): charged with protecting high-value targets, including the scripted events, high risk situations , and major check points.
4. Air Force: is responsible for all air operations/patrols/logistics support from air transport.
5. Public Relation (PR): will be tasked with all communication with other factions and the Citizens , overseeing events, and improving their reputation.
6. Internal Affairs (IA) is a specialized unit within a law enforcement department, in that it investigates their own organization, in response to allegations of misconduct or corruption etc.
iii) I wish to lead Sang. I’ve seen how things are run from afar, and I feel like I am capable of running the organization . I'm ready to take a leadership , to show I am committed to the leadership position , and to create legacy here that everyone remembers, with my name all over it in the leader history of San andreas Nation guards .
3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.
I) We’re going to run lots of practice sessions so everyone knows how to handle the tough moments like hostage situations or talking to other gangs. The goal is simple: no more stupid mistakes. We need to stop those bad roleplay moments, like shooting when we should be talking. We’ll train until being professional is just automatic.
II) We want NG to be the best place to find a secured place, but we need high-quality people. We’ll be strict about who we let in. Once you’re recruited, you won’t just get thrown in we’ll give you excellent training. This makes sure every person in NG knows their job and has the skills to do it well.
iii) We need everyone to act like a Trained all the time. Our standards are high, and if someone messes up and crosses the line, there will be serious consequences. By keeping our standards high and making sure everyone is trained, we will become the Org that other People look up to and try to copy. We are setting the example for the whole city.
