I was in the process of arresting a suspect, and during the arrest he requested to call his private lawyer. I followed proper RP procedure and gave him one minute to contact the lawyer.
He attempted to call, but his lawyer did not answer. A few minutes later, he claimed that his lawyer was now calling him back and requested that I un-cuff him so he could answer the call.
As soon as I uncuffed him to allow proper RP with his lawyer, he left the game intentionally, clearly to avoid being processed and receiving charges.
