Manager 179841 saw player 229058 violate the rules but didn't punish him. If I had committed the same violation, I would have been punished, but why wasn't that player penalized? I'm complaining about the manager.

Administrator number 179841 saw player number 229058 break the rules but did not penalize them. Why didn't the administrator penalize them? If I had committed the same offense, I would have been penalized. I am complaining about the administrator. 0:52
