Leader of... Vagos.
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1st thing I have gained experienced in the all the 3 en server .. En1 En2 and En3 .... mostly en1 then en3 then en2 .. I like to be creative and different as compare to all other individuals .. I know how to follow server rules and how to manage urself so u dont involve in any kind big rulebreaks in any rulebreaks and I know how to create best creative rp ... Since I have never involved in any kind of big rulebreaks in any server that may lead u in permanent vacation cuzz I know how to manage urself and how to follow server guidelines ..... I hve gained enough experience in every en server and I can handle leadership in every en server but now I hve been playing en3 from long long time and focused on en3 atm.
Now I want to be leader of vagos ... 1st thing vagos is we have own ghetto feels like .. we have own kingdom to rule and to show the real mean of gangster in that kingdom
2nd reason is .. from long long time the gangs has not seen in the way which was meant to see ... like these day gangs has not been taken serious by leaders and they just do like take the leadership and leave it on deputies ... but what I believe is leader is the one who can engage the gang most ... If leader is gonna leave it on deputies .. the gang will not seem to their actual meant ... 3rd my friends and ppl and my family members all the time keeps telling me to take leadership .. take leadership .. cuzz gangs were really very very inactive these days and was not showing much RP ....
our gang will be the most active in city and I will keep the graffities to max level cuzz ... graffities is the only way ur gang members can make money and we will keep spamming the hostage situation and every possible events perfectly .. like store robbery .. fz raid .. and we will keep showing the yellow colour every single day .. and our gang will be the nightmare for leos .. leos will fear for their life when they will see the yellow gang .. I will create this type of fear inside leos

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. best way to improve Rp in org is make the org most active in the city first and keep doing situations like store robbery , hs sit and every possible situation
2. Hire only the ppl who is really really experienced in server with all the server rules and is good shooter as well too cuzz I beleive in quality over quantity
3. I will try to make it to 100% turf by my best
4. I will give bonuses to every deserving ppl cuzz If ur ppl gets back something to provide u something ... they will be motivated all the time to provide u that
5. I will keep the graffities to max .. cuzz this is the only way gang members can make money ..
6. I will own our beach ghetto and as well as I will try my best to own the main ghetto as well .. It wont be much hard competing to other gangs cuzz other gangs doesnt seem to me really hard
