On consideration (Senior Crime) Mass GHR1.12 | Bloods + Families

During hostage situation FIB complied by the demands of negotiator from families (302390) that was 400k for me and 200k for my fellow agent but he gave another demand to come for negotiations just after 2 minutes to which the negotiator from FIB denied. Just because of this they broke GHR1.12.

The leader of families got punished for FAIL Rp in this forum but I believe he shouuld be punished for GHR1.12 aswell for commanding the shootout on LEOs while they were complying also the dpeuty 302390 gave UB demmands and broke ER1.16 + GHR 1.12 aswell which can be seen that he commanded on radio to shoot LEOs.
