Life Story
Hexal Capone was born into war. He committed his first murder at the age of 15. Then someone he never imagined would cross his path appeared. Yes, that person was a very dangerous man. The two of them formed their own gang and spent the rest of their lives trying to take over the world, but they failed because there were thousands of police officers and other gangs behind them. But unfortunately, this couldn't win the war, and he, like everyone else, closed his eyes to life.

Capone Hexal is someone who previously had experience in a legal organization but has not been involved with such organizations for a long time. Capone Hexal joins the organization, reviews the rules, and successfully completes his training. He makes new friends. Hexal can also use the LSPD car to transport illegal goods. This time, he begins to act like a hired killer willing to do anything for money and his own interests. Hexal does not want to see the world as good or bad. And Hexal has the right to help gang members escape punishment.
Outcomes:
1- Capone Hexal can take bribes upto 100k and the illegal items on the suspect.
2- Capone Hexal can deny or lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any kind of identification.
3- Capone Hexal can act like criminal. For ex: Go for ghetto clapping, buy or sell illegal stuff & take bounties (org stuff excluded)
4- Capone Hexal can cuff, torture and breaks and smash bodycam of other leos or person to save himself and his friends and family to avoid getting caught (/try twice per situation)
