down we are 7 aiming to him what u talking about xd , he must care about his life

Upon reviewing evidence provided, I have decided to Deny this report.

He is standing on 1 and half floor high building in which only way to go on roof is ladder where he is not even visible from ground
and I don't see any person pointing gun, just rushing to ladder.

However,
ID 28857 will receive punishment for Fear RP, State Rule 1.15
(He is pointing gun for whoever comes on ladder and still you pushed not caring about own life)

ID 16060 will receive punishment for Non RP
