Hello,
I have been a dedicated player of your game for about 5 years. However, today I discovered that my account has been permanently banned without any valid reason. I am aware that there is a daily transfer limit of 10 million, and on that day my friend only sent me 7 million, which is clearly within the limit.
I also learned that a report was filed against me claiming account stealing. This accusation is completely false. I have never stolen anyone’s account, accessed another player’s account, or attempted anything of that sort. The only action taken was a normal in-game money transfer that was well below the daily limit.
This game may be just a platform for you, but for me it’s something I have enjoyed and invested years of effort into. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again and that this misunderstanding be corrected.
I trust that once the necessary checks are made, you will see that I am innocent. Being able to return to the game would truly make me very happy.
