Rejected Ban for Use of extraneous software | Rage mp

I’m writing because I truly believe my block is a misunderstanding.
I was on my twink account, then I pressed F1 to switch and log into my main account. I managed to enter the server, but I played for less than one minute, and suddenly I was permanently blocked for “extraneous software / cheats.”

I want to say this honestly from my heart:
I have never used cheats, mods, or any external software.
I respect the server, the community, and the rules.

If you think something suspicious happened, I understand — but I promise I did nothing wrong. If you want to do a PC check, I am fully ready. You can check everything. I have nothing to hide.

Please, I’m requesting you with respect:
Take one more look at my case. I think the anticheat may have flagged me because I switched accounts using F1, not because of cheating

I really enjoy playing on your server, and it means a lot to me. I just want a fair chance to explain myself

Right now I am not even able to log into my twink account. I think both accounts were blocked because they are connected to the same PC. I just want to clarify my situation and prove that I wasn’t using any cheats
