i. Personal growth developed by the criminal life style
My life was not handed to me because i have learned everything by facing real situations on the street of ghetto in los santos and the ghetto streets did not just give me a place to survive they shaped a criminal that i am today. The crimes and the daily grind teaches me how to think ahead and adapt fast and now i want to lead because everything i have learned came from this lifestyle and i feel it is enough and time to give something back by guiding the younger members and keeping our tradition alive.
ii. Ability to handle pressure
Being in Los Santos means you are constantly dealing with un predictable situations from rivals like unexpected setbacks and moments where one wrong choice can ruin everything thats why i have been through enough to know how to stay calm and choose the option that keeps us safe and I am not afraid of responsibilities and I do not freeze in pressure. That is a quality that make our organization to avoid unnecessary losses and keep our operations running smoothly.
iii. Manage the internal dicipline
For any gang to grow the inside it self has to be solid and i have seen how small issues can turn into big problems when there is no proper structure and rules to follow and I want to bring more discipline and consistency to the Los Santos Vagos not by controlling people but by helping everyone understand their role and purpose. When the inside is strong, the outside respects us more. My goal is to create a crew where everyone knows what they are doing and why they matter.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
My Advices to improve the RolePlay level in the organization are:
1. Minimum in game level criteria to be invited in the organization.
2. Follow the ghetto + server rules.
3. By Removing favouritism from the organization
4. Highest bonuses will be provided to members.
5. High priority on training new members to help them improve quickly.
Goals to achieve in my Leadership:
1. Active Recruitment everytime.
2. Attend all gang events.
3. Win maximum turfs.
4. To do maximum FZ Raids.
