2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization
Ans- 2.1 I started Grand Roleplay from en2. Its Been more than 2 Years being a part of Grand Roleplay in this 2 years i've experienced too many things such as Rules and Regulations and how to do proper Roleplay. I started my RP life from Grand Roleplay in this 2 years i've gained soo much knowledge about Grand Rp Orgs and Los Santos Vagos is one of those. I've been in all gangs and gained High command ranks in all the terms.
2.2 In my crime life i've gained soo many experienced such as doing negotiations, Robbings, Doing Turfs, Gang raids, Store Robbries, Fz raids, Taking Hostages etc. And with that i feel im ready to get a Term of gang and lead it without getting any gang warnings
2.3 I've seen In most of the terms Leaders and their HCs were being soo toxic for the new comers. (Not inviting into org even they have basic knowledge.) if i get the term ill make sure that they will get a great experience and learning the Proper Roleplay from my term and able to take Leadership in future.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
Ans-
3.1 In my Term ill make my gang most Active gang of the city having a Large number of members of every events making the city crimeful with all my gang members with proper Roleplay "Making Los Santos Vagos Great Again" I will Hire HC with Good knowledge of Roleplay. I will Hire the most active active Deputies of the city
i will make sure that no one spreading any kind for hate, toxicity, provoking. I will make Marabunta Grande most active organization in the whole city so that everyone wanna join us. Having maximum members on every events. We will do FZ, Stores, Gun Stores, Gettho Robbries, Clands as much as we can. I will play a huge amount of Bonus everyday so that peoples will love the stay with us.
