2. Why do you want to be the leader of the specific organization?
2.1. Its been 11 term of mine in National Guard, and it has given me deep understanding of the National Guard and allowed me to build many key connections amongs the others organization. I am Proudly passionate about the Army and Aspire to a responsible leadership role in the National Guard to make beneficial decisions.
2.2 I aim to Train, support and inspire next generation soilders by setting the standard and demonstrating accountability under pressure. I am ready to leverage my experience to grow within this vital role.
2.3 My aim is to lead the National Guard to advance its core value of integrity and selfless service. I want to be the accountable leaders who listen, adapts, and inspire soilders to reach their fullest potential.
3. Your Advice for improving the Roleplay levels in the organization.
First i will make my Human Resource department strong so that they can hire and train many new soilders so that National Guard gets the maximun numbers within the organization.
National Guard will gonna conduct as many as drills we can with the others organization like (SAHP, FIB, LSPD, EMS) to make the strong foundation and better communication skills between us.
Rank system will be also changed which consist of many highly Trained Soilders to complete all the operations in the City.
