The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: The Governor is in a pickle. She had looked upon her calender and realized today was her son's birthday. Secret Service had no ideas except ask the public for ideas. So a call was made out to the citizens of Los Santos. Come to the Capitol with a car they thought she should consider for her son. It was crazy enough to work.
How is the event won? Get to me with a car worthy for my sons present first.
