Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation),
i. I have been in SAHP many times before as High command and multiple times head of department and deputy head of department. I also served In other organizations like national guards ( MG of PR ), FIB (Field agent 3), LSPD ( DHOD of PR), DOJ ( JUNIOR STATE ATTORNEY ), GOVERNMENT ( USSS Inspector), It'll just give me strong legal organizations experience and understanding of house state organizations should work. I want to bring that experience into SAHP and make it one of the best legal organizations in the city.
ii. I do believe in me that I can remove favouritism. Promotion should be strictly based on activity and performance everyone who works hard will be supported and promoted. I want members to enjoy being in the organization and stay active not just join and leave. I'll definitely remove the crime, and make the SAHP the most active organization.
iii. I'll find suitable high commands for each department since SAHP is especially for a highway security and operations therefore I will especially make sure that My highway patrol department will attend all the 911 calls and will respond to every situation outside of the city I will make sure our team is stay organized and ready at all time, I will make sure that all department members must have provided the best training because I feel that giving a good training to every member will show good result in future.
2. How I Will Improve Roleplay Quality in SAHP
1. I can Improve the RP by Doing Join Training session with other Leo Orgs by making different senerios of many main event that will help us to make a Good relation with other Orgs that will help us to have good communication with other Orgs while in Intense situations we can make decision quick and also help us to improve RP in that situation without any conflict with each other.
2. We can also Improve RP by Doing Internal and also PR events that will open many Oportunities to engage with the Citizens and also motivates the Employees as well.
3. We can Improve teamwork in the Org that will help us to run the Org in the most effective way possible it will also help us to Improve our Activity in the events and also overall.
