2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to apply for the SAHP leader cause I think I'm capable to be a leader of a state organization and I have experience in great terms under the great leadership. SAHP was my first organization, and I had a great experience for which I have stayed for 3 terms continuously. So, I want to make history in SAHP which will be an inspiration for every Legal organization. Obviously time and experience make everyone perfect and worthy. I will try to bring some new initiatives which will improve roleplay for SAHP. There will be no favouritsm in my organization. Everyone will get what they deserve. Rank doesn't matter, Keeping the city safe matters. If any trooper have any question, i will always be there to answer him whether hc is there or not.
- I will mostly focus on hiring the best troopers and high commands. It will be a friendly organization for probies or cadet who have passion to serve their city. Trainees will receive the best training from the best HR members. I will personally train junior HR, so that they can make professional and perfect troopers who will be future protectors of the city. For Every department's activities, they will get extra bonuses which will keep them engaged. They won't feel disappointed. Best of Best will be in IA. IA will be the eye of the organization. HWP will keep the whole highway under their control. Best shooters and thinkers will be in SWAT. They will help HWP to control their activities smoothly. PR will be the most friendly department which will host events to encourage people towards SAHP.
- We will manage Highways to be monitored by troopers. Gang activities on the highway will be reduced under my leadership. I will bring night troopers who will keep city under control so that everyone can sleep peacefully. Night troopers will have a decent bonus. I have a good number of experienced HR and IA teams ready to take the maximum number of troopers in my organization with proper inspection and giving them the best training possible under my supervision. Unique Improvements will happen under curators permission.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Weekly department checkups will ensure proper activity. Each week, I will review. Regular checks will prevent small issues within org. It will boost our overall performance. Toxicity and racism won't be tolerated. Strong relation with other organizations will matters a lot. I will team up with NG, EMS, LI, LSPD, and FIB. This collaboration will make our work more effective and interesting. Internal events will be introduced to every org member. Promotions will be based on real efforts, honesty, and commitment. Active members who show up and contribute will get noticed. Fair system will motivates everyone to give their best. There will be no favoritism. Trooper of the week will be introduced to encourage other troopers to work harder. Every trooper will be welcomed to constructive criticism.
