Rejected Mic spam and RDM/VDM

Random kid just hit me with his car then got out and started mic spamming some song while holding a flag, got annoyed with him so I told him to leave the area with some motivation. (Didn't shoot or kill, even though I think that's allowed now in city after 5 seconds of the person not following orders). He then decided to RDM/VDM me repeatedly.
