Fail rp because he states that he does not speak english nor does he understand it. How can he RP in English RP server without being able to speak or comprehend English?

Fail rp according to admin because why would a taxi driver continue to stay in front of a family house that isnt his family?

Taxi job abuse because he obviously came to scout out money printer and harass the family while being under the protection of a cab driver job, abusing the system.

Not undersatding or speaking good english is not automatically considered Fail Rp , from POV it seems that the person has basic understanding of English , no clear evidence that the person is there to abuse the taxi job or scout money printer , there is no rule about standing in front of someones house in a Taxi its public property there is no harm in them being there . No ID visible in POV 5 and it also does not show any UB driving .
