would like to file a complaint against administrator Lokesh Naidux, who issued a punishment against me without making any attempt to communicate with me or clarify what happened on my side.
During the situation in question, my laptop suffered a Windows system error (Blue Screen). I immediately started working on restoring my laptop back to a functional state so I could return to the game and continue the RP situation as quickly as possible. This issue was completely out of my control and was caused by my hardware, not by any intentional action from me.
This is not my first RP server — I am fully familiar with RP rules and I always follow them. However, sometimes unexpected technical issues happen that are beyond human control, and in this case my device failed unexpectedly.
The punishment issued by the administrator without giving me the opportunity to explain myself, without any attempt to contact me, and without hearing my side of the situation is unacceptable to me. There was absolutely no communication, no clarification, and no willingness to listen to the affected party — me.
