I asked an admin and he told me that I could shoot him by giving me a warning, but I am in prison right now.I did this by asking my admin and he told me that I could hit him by giving him a demand.

GZ 1.1 Green Zone killings are prohibited /Warn
also its clear u placed the car as a trap there so u can kill him. u could have easily recall the car from parking to avoid it getting stolen

You cannot ever shoot in gz. If someone steals on parking lot from you you can report him to admin NOT shoot him.
