Hello,
I played a few hours ago on the GrandDE01 Server. Today (22.11.2025) I wanted to connect to the server and then I got the message, that I got banned from Anticheat #821. See attached screenshot.
I do not know why I got banned and the date is the 20.10.2024 and I could play the last days.

I do not cheating or something like this.

It is a great project and I want to play this game.

Could you please check why I got banned and could you remove this ban please?

deine Beschwerde ist hiermit Abgelehnt.
Nur deine IP ist geblockt, nicht dein Account.
Setze deine IP zurück oder nutze keinen VPN.
Wie das bei dir funktioniert klärst du bitte mit deinem Internetanbieter.
