2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I want to be the leader of Ballas as it is the only gang I have ever enjoyed to its fullest and
I have dedicated most of my time in gangs to Ballas. Ballas is known to everyone for multiple
reasons, one of these is that Ballas destroys LEOs pretty much every time they
do an event example - FZ Raid. -
- I have been in ballas for a long time and have witnessed both great and bad leaders, I know
how the organization is supposed to be run and I want to keep it that way. I do not wish to change
anything about the organization as the previous leaders "David Barnes" and "Leb Wins" made it
what it is today. -
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Question the people who want to join ballas a bit more so we can see what their knowledge is like
on the server rules and gang events and if it isn't up to standard, kindly reject them and they can
come back whenever they learn them. -
- Punish those who decide to do stuff their own way or disrespect any high command. I want ballas to
remain the same and not end up like other gangs. -
- People who break server rules will be punished accordingly and depending on the rule they break depends on
the punishment they receive, example - Blacklist
Goals I want to achieve as a leader:-
- One successful term
- Have more turfs than any other gang
- Be more active in the ghetto and show other gangs that we aren't to be messed with
- Non-toxic organization
