Additional information
1. Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP).

2. Why do I want to be a leader of this particular organization? (List three reasons with elaboration)

2.1 To build a professional, disciplined, and respected SAHP. I would like to create structure, professionalism, and consistency within the SAHP. I would feel it my duty that every officer knows what is expected of them in their position, follows the correct process, and engages in conduct or behaviors both on and off duty that reflects in a respectful way on the department and the agency, within both the community and with other agencies. A disciplined work force, serves to enhance RP quality and also build trust in the department.

2.2 I want to better the education and training of the officers. I am sincerely interested in guiding and mentoring officers. As a leader, I wish to create certain training programs, which will be structured and established, and aligned, for officers, when it comes to the educational opportunities that I envision, some may include communication simulations, highway patrol scenarios, and pursuit driving skills. These types of educational programs effectuate the current officers honing their skills, and help the new recruits to develop faster.

2.3 Increase visibility and activity in your community. I believe the SAHP should always be visible and active within the rural and roadside environments. I would like to design specific scheduling, patrol patterns, and incentive programs in things such as being the eyes and ears of the community, and in things that can increase officer mobility and calls for service. I foresee that SAHP can become one of the most reliable and active, if not the most, department in PEEL.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

In order to enhance the culture of roleplay in the department, focus should not only be on roleplay as an act, but the cultural aspects surrounding realism, discipline and healthy character. The foundation for this culture is education. I would develop and execute detailed, in-depth training for all troopers so each one understands department SOPs explicitly. The scope of education would expand beyond merely teaching the rules and procedures regarding traffic stops, pursuits, scene management, radio usage, interactions with civilians and other agencies. Troopers would also learn to portray themselves in character with instruction on proper tone, body language, situational awareness, decision making, and professionalism. To allow the experience of education to be rich and seamless, I would initiate frequent scenario-based training sessions that would mimic bold, realistic scenarios like DUI checkpoints, vehicle collisions on highways, vehicle pursuits, and major operations. Each scenario would be followed with a structured debrief. Supervisors and Troopers would not default to punishing language or "discipline pasta" and instead would make video analysis more team-building by reviewing bodycam or dashcam video with supervision, identifying mistakes, answering "What could have been better", and developing confidence in a supportive culture. In fact, it would be the dialogue in a constructive spirit, versus fear of discipline, that would be healthy growth.
I want trooper to feel confident that I would support them as they conduct their duties related to investigations, disciplinary cases, and operational decisions whenever they acted with reasonableness and in good faith. Officers should feel that leadership is accessible, credible, and consistent. Promotions should based on realism, professionalism, procedural knowledge, communication, and mentorship, and not merely based on how many hours they have worked. Troopers that demonstrate the knowledge and ability to teach, coach, and elevate others would be rewarded for those characteristics. Hours would lend itself to experience, however, the quality of that experience would be more important. I want officers to focus on making believable and thought-provoking roleplay, and not worrying about whether a supervisor or command member thinks they appear annoying and/or foolish. Professional cultures create pride and not fear. Additionally, I would advocate for a stronger partnerships with local and state law enforcement elements. Joint operational actions, joint trainings, and a regular course of collaboration would further the breadth of immersion across the entire server and raise the quality of RP across the entire community. Ultimately, my around is to foster a structure but supportive environment where the troopers are proud of what they do, enhance their relevant RP skills, and understand that they are a part of one of the most professional, respected, and realistic law enforcement organizations in all of the city.
