I truly think I can improve the team's performance. I'm confident that I can mentor others keep everyone on course and ensure that everyone is working efficiently. which is why I want to be a leader. I enjoy assisting people in becoming better and achieving their objectives.

I want to create a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere. I think that when people feel value and encouraged. They perform at their best. As a leader, I want to establish an environment. Where everyone in inspired, respected and heard.

I believe that in order to enhance roleplay. Everyone should maintain consistency in their character communicate effectively with one another and prioritize creativity over haste. The RP environment is kept robust and fun for everyone by assisting new members and abiding by rules.
