As you can see in the POV we were in DOC waiting to rob someone. When I saw a car I chased him I was alone so I couldn’t give demand and i was calling my friend to come but he went to another location or was being chased ( that’s what I Think ) When I came back to the same spot my friend was being chased or they were just following him

There were no demands given to FIB nothing As you can hear from FIB, they said they could engine block us for reckless driving and then they started giving demand to step out I asked for a reason Because we didn't break any IC rule but no reason was given I told my friend to leave and then they engine blocked me and killed me

Is that considered RP? If yes then thats very good RP

After reviewing the situation, everything FIB did was fully justified IC'ly, as you and your gang committed multiple Penal Code violations prior to the interaction. Reckless Driving (PC 2.11.1) from the improper merge and parking on the wrong side of the highway, Hooliganism (PC 2.9.4) for coordinated vehicles loitering outside a government facility, and Failure to Comply (PC 3.5) when lawful commands were ignored. Once you refused the order to step out of the vehicle, the situation became Evading Arrest (PC 3.15.1), which legally allows FIB to engine block without needing to issue demands. Your complaint of Fail RP and unfair killing do not hold, as the escalation and outcome were a direct result of your gangs IC actions and violations.
