Reviewed wrongly banned

Hi.
I was WRONGFULLY banned by Jonathan Thomas.
I was telling 2 players NOT to talk in a foreign language, so they will not get punished by an admin, and as a result, one of the players started to bully and curse me.
he calls me a motherfucker, (even tough he tries to hide it with his accent), you can see it at the 34th second of the video.
the player who cursed me is the one who also complained about me, (a 14 year old boy by his voice and behavior), has threatened to find me in real life and kill me, (right after the clipped video), I wonder why it is not IN the video.....
I was trying to do good with a player, yet, he curses me and that is ok ?

I'm 39 year old, I'm the head manager of the 3 parking lots for the light rail in Jerusalem, so I don't have a lot of time to play. otherwise, i probably would have asked to join the Admin team.
I will Never curse anyone if I was not cursed first.
I will Never start a Fight with ANYONE, and I usually try to assist players.
I am ALWAIS polite to others, players and Admins alike, as can be seen when i started talking to the other players' and by some of the Admins i spoke to.

I request that my ban will be removed please.

The topic should be designed strictly according to the form;
+ On ur POV u have mentioned Mother of player insulting him.. thats punished with ban
and player 30805 will be jailed for provoking and foreign language in green zone
