Life Story -
Ryan Wolfee was born in Himachal pradesh which is a small hill town where snow used to fall and softened the mountains and never the life. His mother was a cafe waitress who had to toil hard in a small roadside cafe and his father was an ex-military-mechanic who had disappeared when Ryan was nine years old and nothing has been heard since then, no one dares to make a noise in the family.
Ryan needed to learn at a tender age that he should be aware and not mighty as he was raised in a world that was full of tourist smiles and smothered in poverty. He devised a stoic reflective way of acting and observing before acting. At 16, drawn to a volunteer mountain-rescue team, he was not inspired with the desire to glory, but because he felt the necessity to soar above the cloud of unresolved questions. His composure, promptness and strength of mind and body, caused him to be silently admired, and in no long time he fell to being one whom the rest of us leaned on during a crisis.
But on the sly, Ryan realized that the company he was employed in was indulging in bribery and politics. The cases were lost, and justice was biased towards those who were able to pay. He walked away disappointed not angrily, but by principle.
Ryan had to seek a new beginning, and thus had to visit the Blackwater City where there was as much danger as there was opportunity. And situated between sanity and the unknown realm, Ryan Wolfee is doing what he does best in defending the people that have been forgotten by the system, still trying to find his own niche in the world.
Outcomes -
1. Ryan has good driving skills so he can off-road in appropriate vehicles. (No UB Or Non-RP Driving).
2. Ryan can inject a special serum to extract information from individuals, but this is only possible with a /try twice per situation and must follow the Fear RP rules.
3. Ryan is a skilled pilot, capable of landing in confined spaces, flying at low altitudes to pursue targets, and navigating under bridges when tracking people on the water. He avoids unrealistic flying maneuvers such as flying into tunnels. (Can't land planes at beach market & No UB flying).
4. Ryan is adept at using a variety of weapons for self-defense but refrains from using them during active firefights or other high-risk situations.
5. Ryan is skilled in deception and can provide false information to both law enforcement and criminal factions to protect themselves or gain an advantage (This is subject to Fear RP and Fail RP and this is only valid when not a part of any state organization).
6. Due to Ryan's previous experience, He can take down 2 guys by himself. (Must follow Fear RP).
