Rejected Admin involving in IC | Daniel Parks.

So once i was an admin I was told that I cant be in a RP situation!
And once your applying for admin there is a quastion wich says " 4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin? " and Daniel did answer this with a Yes!

The Story:
So i went to goverment to talk about the face tatto and the hands tatto why they are not allowed, and for no reason the Attorney general stop's me and see the ID that is behinde him witch is 11181 and its Daniel the gov curator so this is Meta gaming! but this is not my point so he asks Daniel is face tatto allowed or not and Daniel reply's with if they are ilagale yes wich is a Server Rule and its OOC!
So they went from IC to OOC 1 rolebreak here ! General Rule 6.10 and then i asked is this a code B becuase if not then the admin is mixing becuase his talking about a server rule.

So the think what im trying to say is why is Daniel here ? his an OOC character he shouldn't be here.

The admin did not get involved in an IC situation. He only asked an admin a question and the admin replied. He did not get involved in RP so i don't get your point.
