- Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- I feel like being in this city for so long has given me an opportunity to learn about everything I would possibly need to know about RP and working with State / Crime organizations. As well as working the simple jobs like being a taxi driver or working for an office. I have worked my way up in all organizations and finally think it is my time to come up to the sky. I have debated it multiple times because I have great connections here in the city, but I feel like I need to do this for me. In the process of becoming a trusted citizen of the city and acquiring senior positions in state organizations has taught me that not everything comes easy, and I need to work for something if I want it. I did apply 1 year and a half ago, I knew I wasn't ready and ended up falling the interview. Ever since, I haven't been rushing it, and focusing on myself in the city, as well as helping my friends with their achievements. If I were to stay as a citizen of the city, my only options would be to become a leader of an organization, which has never really been an interest of mine. I believe that using my knowledge of RP, and intent to make the city a better place, I can step up and prove myself as an administrator. In addition to all of this, I have only ever been banned once, and this was a mistake ban. I am punishment free, and a great person!

- I am an active listener, loyal, patient, honest, self-aware, adaptable, organized, and flexible.

- I am extremely extroverted, too focused on the details, I attempt to please everyone, and sometimes assuming I know more then I actually do in a case.

- Active listening and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and players, I will be ensuring compliance with admin policies and procedures, I have a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with players and team members, and I acquire trustworthiness in handling sensitive information and maintaining discretion.
