1. Why do you want to become an Assistant Admin?
I want to become an Assistant Admin as i love to help my fellow beings who are new to the city, and to keep the roleplay a nice place for them to enjoy and contribute to positive roleplay environment. I have seen many people struggling to understand the server rules, even i was one of them in the starting days of my roleplay.so i wanna make their roleplay experience more smooth and fun and not making it bad for them filled with punishments.

Secondly, I wanna help the Admin team by assisting players with their issues and quires and ensure fair roleplay across the server. I believe in being approachable so that people can trust for guidance. My major goal would be to maintain balanced, respectful, and fun filled roleplay experience for each and every player on the server.

I have extensive leadership and operational experience across both State and Crime organizations:

State:

3. What are your strengths?
• Leadership Team Management: I excel in leading, training and managing large teams to get the best out of them.
• Communication: I am able to articulate rules, procedures and expectations to players.
• Problem-Solving Skills: I am reasonably good at mediating and being able to make decisions fairly under pressure.
• Player support: I am good with newcomers and people frustrated by the game.
• Knowledge: Well, practiced and have a good understanding of server rules, admin protocols and RP etiquette.

4. What are your weaknesses?
I sometimes lose my temper in very chaotic situations. However, I've been working on my patience and emotional control. Now, I take a moment to calmly assess situations before responding. This practice has greatly improved my leadership style and decision making.

5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by being Assistant?

• Player Orientation: Guiding new players through the basics of RP, rules, and commands.
• Conflict Resolution: Handling disputes fairly and ensuring both parties feel heard.
• Organizational Support: Maintaining proper logs, reports, and assisting senior admins.
• Rule Enforcement: Upholding server rules without favoritism or bias, ensuring equality and respect among all players.
  
  

6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
No, there are no issues affecting my activity. I have sufficient time to stay consistent and active on the server.

7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
Building and running RP organizations in the city has taken a lot of my time and effort. As the 45th General of the National Guard, I was able to Build my leadership, teamwork, and administrative abilities. I want to apply the same fairness and discipline to the administrative team. By upholding professionalism, guaranteeing fair gameplay, and making the server a fun environment for everyone, I hope to support both the staff and the community.
