1. By gaining Exp in gangs aswell in leos iam ready to take ballas and lead it towards succes, iam ex deputy of ballas and highcommand
in other gangs i already know how a gang work and what i need to do as an gang leader. U can see my activity that i have provided to Ballas
that while taking care of many events without any mistakes.
2. I will be taking ballas into another level by max activity i will make sure we always win in turf by hiring the best turf team. i will
hire great grafitti team to give an extra bonus to my members. As u can see iam hc in State org SAHP i was aswell ex hc in FIB while keeping
max activity during day and night thats why if i take ballas will make it one of the best terms ever and activiest.
3.I will keep org clean with warnings and verbals without any mistakes will hire great deputies that can manage the turf, no favorism and no fight
between members as we have to treat each other like brothers i will make sure to always listen to my curators.I will be active at night too Much
i have seen past gangs not having to much activity in events at night Informant , SUBS , veh theft i will keep max activity at night.
4.No rule breaks will happen during my term i will make sure to not hire any cheaters , any rulebreakers to menatin minimal warning as i have seen ballas having many
situations leading forward to disbanding of organization as past 2 Terms of Ballas, I will make sure no mistakes are made among my term while keep the activity at maximum. Ballas is the organization that i want to bring the dark site of it by making the most feared gang in city.
