2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Many people would write their applications and tell you all of their feats and experience in the city and go on and on and on about how people love them for the position. But they never truly answer this question, which is incredibly specific. It's the Why. Why do I want to be a leader of this organisation. I am not going to give you the standard answer. I write from the heart with perfection. What I type is what I feel. And me being the Leader of the FIB, even being apart of it, would be the ultimate goal for me in this specific server.
I feel like FIB deserves a fresh face. Why you may ask? Simply because A fresh, new face wouldn't bring in favoured members, members who would join because their best buddy is the leader. That only leads to no discipline and playing favourites. I don't want it to be like that. I'm not saying I'm looking to bring 100% cutthroat authortiy, but I also don't want it to seem like the FIB is a playhouse where people only join just to say they're in the FIB.
Furthermore, I would love to make FIB into an organisation like no other. The average person may say, "Oh, well no the FIB is already different." No. That is not the case. I feel like it's too vanilla, in a way. I feel like I can change that, honestly.
To end this segment, I said I wouldn't drop feats and achievements and whatnot, and I am going to keep that promise. If you would want to know if I've had experience in different servers and platforms as a leader of this specific organization or any organisation, then the answer is yes. Did I achieve the goals I had promised before being selected? The answer to that is also yes. Now you may ask, what were the goals you promised? Well, I guess you'll just have to read on.

3. Your advices for improving RP level in organization.
This is it. This is what I was waiting to get to. If you haven't noticed by now, I am an RP addict. I am only 22 but I already have a decade in this field. From all sorts of different RP genres. So please forgive me if my text gives off excitement when I list my goals and advice for the RP level in FIB.
Firstly, I would LOVE to bring more RP events to the FIB. More incentivised RP events to make my agents WANT to RP, you know? "Oh, it's an RP server. They should already want to RP." I would say that's 100% correct if we weren't all human. We all love to do things if it involves incentive. It gives you a little bit more drive and a Want-to factor. I want my agents to feel like they don't need to just log in and be on duty. I would want my agents to at least have an RP event within the organisation every other day at least.
Second, oh boy this may be a long shot. But please if the Gods would allow it, to honestly have joint RP ceremonies and events with other organisations. I am not talking Robberies and Hostage situations. I am talking about Joint task forces and whatnot. To bring down Families and gangs LEGALLY and RP-wise in GrandRP. We could do for Families needing to lose what they've ilegally obtained. The balance of it is outrageous. They take a hostage, we pay them, fine we jail them, but they still have the money. I want to be able to have the FIB work with other organisations, RP wise, to bring down or atleast try to make families think twice when taking a store or a hostage. Because right now, they do not care because there is not much discipline or repercussion to said action.
Lastly, which isn't long at all, is improving all of our ability of accepting new players. I am tired of the 140k, 150k, 160k ID slander. Especially withing organisations. This is an RP server. I am sorry most people didn't find it out sooner. That doesn't mean they have less RP skill and knowledge than a 10k, 20k ID player. It honestly drives me insane. That is why all of my ideas would work beautifully within the FIB, because hopefully the other organisations would take note and follow suit. Give new players a chance to show they can learn, prove they can RP. All of us, not only the FIB, would grow better.
With that being said, I would love to talk more about these topics. Because it means a lot to me. I am sorry I kind of turned this into a server-wide thing, but like I said, I write what I feel. I am extremely hardworking and a pay attention to detail kind of person. I rarely allow myself to fail. But whenever I do, I try to make that into a positive. You can only learn from failing. So please, make your best judgement. If I were to fail this application this time around, I will learn from it and do better on the next one.
