Dear Lebron,
I would like to submit an appeal regarding my permanent blacklist issued for allegedly violating General Rule 1.6 – Attempting to sell/buy in-game property for real money.
After thoroughly reviewing the evidence provided in the reports, I strongly believe that this punishment was given without any valid or direct proof connecting me to the accusation.
1. First Report (06.07.2025) – No evidence that identifies me
Link: Approved - G.P 1.6 I 2868
The report that led to my ban contains:
However, Curator Administrator Nixa Simba DCA (ID 10) still approved the report and blacklisted me without proper evidence.
2. A similar case was judged differently by another Curator of Administration
In another report handled by Curator of Administration Aldin Verstappen (ID 594):
Link: Approved - Ban Evading,Cheat Advertaising,Hacking Accounts | 26530,13792,51058,66904
He correctly rejected the complaint with the explanation that “there is no proof this Discord recording belongs to the ID mentioned in the title.”
This is the same type of situation as my case, but the outcome was completely different.
It shows inconsistency in decision-making for identical types of evidence.
3. Third Report – No evidence for me, but I was still blacklisted
Link: Reviewed - G.P 1.6 | 2868 52035 52090 23454
In this multi-player report:
I respectfully request that my case be re-evaluated, because:
Based on the facts, I strongly believe that this permanent blacklist was applied incorrectly and not in accordance with server rules.
I am fully willing to accept a “Money Wipe” and “Item Wipe”
if that helps clear any doubts and allows me to continue playing fairly.
I kindly ask for a fair review of my case, and I sincerely hope for a positive resolution.
Thank you for your time and for reconsidering my appeal.

The report that led to my ban contains:
- No visible in-game ID,
- No recording of my voice,
- No Discord ID, only a Discord username — which anyone can change at any time.
However, Curator Administrator Nixa Simba DCA (ID 10) still approved the report and blacklisted me without proper evidence.

In this multi-player report:
- There are actual proofs for some of the other players,
- But there is no evidence whatsoever related to me,
- Despite this, Curator Admin Abraham Elkhabib stated that my ID was blacklisted, even though I had no transactions with any of the players mentioned.
I respectfully request that my case be re-evaluated, because:
- None of the reports contain any evidence linking my in-game ID, my Discord ID, my voice, or any transaction logs to the alleged RMT attempt.
- There is already a precedent where an identical situation was dismissed due to lack of proof.
Based on the facts, I strongly believe that this permanent blacklist was applied incorrectly and not in accordance with server rules.
