I have posted forum on id number 434692 For shooting from outside the circle admin asked for his pov and he provided his pov in his pov we can clearly see at 4.44 time lap hee is shooting from out side the circle but admin just reviewed and Said pov provided no action taken for (ER 1.11) rule break.
