Good evening,


I am filing this complaint against El Pepe regarding the unjustified refusal of my complaint against Ivar Master.

1. Refusal With No Explanation, Even Though My Complaint Was Legitimate​

I submitted a complaint against Ivar Master for several serious reasons:

• He accepted a complaint against me even though the POV was less than one minute long, which is normally not compliant with the rules.
• The complaint filed against me was inconsistent: the title mentioned 1.1 GZ, but the description referred to 2.3 GZ, a rule that does not mention the Car Wash at all.
• Nowhere in the regulations does it state that the Car Wash is considered a green zone.
• I was punished for Crime GZ even though I did not kill anyone.
  I only shot when the person was on the road, inside the ghetto, so not in a green zone, and I did not kill them.
  Yet I was still punished for a Crime In Green Zone (1.1 Green Zone killings are prohibited /Warn Green Zone pour zv) that I did not commit.

Considering all of these points, my complaint was completely legitimate.


However, El Pepe refused it without giving me any explanation whatsoever.
No reason, no message, nothing.

It is normal for a player to contest a decision when there is a mistake or inconsistency.
What is not normal is an administrator refusing a complaint without giving any justification, even when the player explicitly asks for one.


I directly asked El Pepe:
“If you refuse my complaint, may I at least know the reason?”
Yet he never answered me and still refused my complaint without any explanation.


This lack of response gives the impression of poor transparency or even favoritism.
I followed every rule in my approach, and I had every right to contest this unjustified sanction.

3. What I Am Asking For​

I simply want:

1. The exact reason why my complaint was refused (since no explanation was given).
2. The specific rule that states the Car Wash is considered a green zone, if that is truly the case — because it does not appear anywhere in the rulebook.
3. A review of the complaint accepted against me, since the POV was incomplete, and I was sanctioned for a Crime ZV I did not commit in this complain Approved - 1.1ZV | 36385

I would also like to point out that my RP record is clean: I rarely receive complaints and I always try to follow the rules.
This is why the situation feels unfair and poorly handled.

Conclusion​

I am only asking for a fair and rule-abiding treatment.
The silent refusal of my complaint by El Pepe is not normal and does not respect the transparency and standards expected from an administrator.
