Two days ago we opened a thread asking for two POVS about the informal, we have two doubts, the first one was because we suspected they started the informal in the event zone and the second one because there was a strange wallbang. After that one of the suspect ids posted two clips of 30 seconds showing they started the event inside so they were corretly punished, and the other one didnt post anything at all. The administrator "Clara NoMercy" didnt asked for any POV, and punished them both because of the event start, but she didnt care about the wallbang letting one of them post 2 small clips and the other posting no POV at all, so we still dont know how we got wallbanged. We opened the thread again and it was rejected because administration says it was already solved and it wasnt, it was half solved and we didnt get any POV from one of them so he can prove it was a legit wallbang. Now 48 hours passed and we cant even get a POV of him because he doesnt need to have it. This is not normal and i cant tell if it was administrator incompetence or they really want to them getting away with it. If it was me not posting any POV i would be banned, if i posted a clip with less than 1 minute it wouldnt clear me of anything, but for other people they dont even need to see any POV and solve threads by half. After all of this i just explained, we opened a ticket agaisnt administration but they answered with a printscreen of MY POV (administrator Murder Swayze) showing that i could see the guy who killed me, but the problem was the first hit, from the guy that didnt post any POV and they didnt get it was the first hit that we wanted to see. The administration didnt do a good work and we dont know if they are not capable of doing their job or they just dont want to...
