2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation).
1- My First reason to why I want to be the Leader of Vagos: I want to be the Leader of the Los Santos Vagos because I have the knowledge to be a leader and the competency to be a leader. I am the Ex-Leader of Los Santos Vagos so I know pretty much everything you need to know about turfs, FZ raids, Store robberies, Hostage situation and all those events.
2- My Second Reason why I should be the Leader of Vagos is Because I will make sure that all my High Commands and Turfers are aware of all the rules, that they are active when I’m not and that they have been a HC in gangs or unofficial Families. I will make sure all gang requirements are met and exceeded every week. I will make sure that we have max numbers and spray profits. And that everything we do is recorded and saved.
3- My 3rd Reason why is because I’m my opinion Vagos is my favorite gang. It was the first ever gang I joined when I first joined the city and was old enough to be a gangster. As a leader I will make sure that anyone that gets hired into the org is at least 10+ and has good knowledges of the rules and that they are aware of what to do in the city. I will try to host a minimum of 1 Global Event a week and as much IC Events as I can to let the public know who we are. We will also make sure that when someone talks about ghetto or robberies they Talk about us the Los Santos Vagos.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
1- To improve the Roleplay I will make sure that the Vagos gang will do as much real life scenarios as possible to increase the RP-Life. I also intend to make sure all events are as role played as possible. Also that we give cops a reason to arrest us, or try and catch us as we will be the number one gang.
2- TO improve the roleplay I will do realistic situations like hostage situations, Leo robbing, pulling over, communications and having IC plans and roles for players that are professional in that department
3- To Improve the role play as well I will make sure that we win any Store Robbery ro Gun Store Robbery at Night I will make sure we always have max numbers so that the City is always owned by the Los Santos Vagos. Im Looking forward to be Leader of Vagos to improve the RolePlay alot as lots of Gang members know me in the city and lots of citizens know me who would like to be part of my term. I would also make sure that anything that I do in the City and the Gang will be As close to proper roleplay as possible and will make sure that the cops get the Best out of Hostage Situations and store Robberys.
Additional Information: I will do a lot of night time activity as it is a great thing to do and I will make sure that Vagos will be the funnest gang of the city and I hope to be able to have 2 successful terms
