Hello, I think this is RDM however there might be other rules, such as killing whilst complying with demands.
I was driving in ghetto, and an officer jumped infront of my car. I stopped and honked, then whilst continuing, an FIB agent gave me 5 seconds to leave. Whilst I was leaving, at the 4th second, he started shooting as clearly shown in the POV.
