Hello dear EN2 Admin Team

I, Standard Skill, was banned from GR 1.4 on September 21, 2025. After two months, I wanted to log back into my account and noticed I was banned. I hope you can sort this out and unban me, as I'd like to play Grand again. I can't explain how or why I was banned. I only had one account on EN2, ID 212953, and I never shared it. I hope you can resolve this quickly.
