1) Team-Driven Leadership and Activity:-
In Every Organization when every single members feels enough value and respect in a organization in that time they got great amounts of motivation to work hard for there organization. This is the main reason to become Leader of SAHP also with that advantage I can constantly active my every single departments most likely Traffic Enforement, Internal Affairs and Human Resource & Training. And another point that SAHP almost participates in the majority of situations and events to make that that more clean I will be serious on the professionalism from every single troopers or HC's. With that amount of teamwork and clear communication, I believe we can make the SAHP Great Again with the Law and Enforcement!
2) Strong background at the LEOs:-
I have worked as High Command Postions that much like with that great amount experience between the Law Enforcment Organizations that I can lead the SAHP much smoothly than other terms. If I give a summary of my experiences at LEO's then it's includes serving as Major General (Chief Of All) at National Gaurds, Commander (Chief Of All) at SAHP, Federal Commander of Internal Affairs at FIB. These roles gave me the experience of responsibility, leadership in operations, management of the organization and developed strategies which keeps the organizations term runs smoothly.
3) Building a professional and reliable team:-
At last, I wants to mention that I will not consider on number I will be focused quality. The main goal is to bring great trooper's into the our team which are the motivated to serve as LEO's, well experienced (exception for newbie's) and the spirit of Roleplay properly. With a proper structured training system and clear expectations from the troopers, the troopers will improve their skills, roleplay and professionalism on the city. making the SAHP both on numbers, quality and professionalism.
1) To improve the Roleplay on the organization, I would like to establish the public relation to interact with the San Andreas people and communities and also encourages them on realistic roleplay scenarios.
2) Also, I believe in cooperation with other organizations. By organizing some joint operations, patrols, and coordinated investigations, we can create some exceptional situations that will lead us to more engaging and high level role play.
